About the Program
The Play Reading Group is a casual space for discussion, reflection, connection and community - gather together with us, bring a plate and settle in to read and discuss different plays.
Each session we’ll be exploring a new play, with our host guiding you through a live reading, and the discussions that follow. This will be a welcoming, inclusive, community-led space where you can explore plays.
Pop in for a one-off session or sign up to the weekly group each Tuesday evening across 5 weeks. No experience needed—just your curiosity and open mind.

Location: 14 Coolgardie Street, Subiaco
Street parking is available for those using cars. If using the train, alight at Subiaco Train Station and take the 97 Subiaco Shuttle to the corner of Rokeby and Heytesbury. From that stop, it’s a 3 minute walk to the property. Alternatively, from Daglish Train Station, it’s a 20 minute walk to reach the property.
Cost: $5 per session
Accessibility: Please note these sessions take place as lounge room sessions. The house is wheelchair accessible however the bathroom has a narrow doorway.
Places will be limited and registration is essential.
Please note that our workshops are designed for adults and you must be 18 years or over to register for any workshop.
